For the purposes of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 issued by the European Parliament and the Council, on April 27 (General Data Protection Regulation), the company Intellysmart Solutions (NIPC 514323337 and head office at Rua das Almoinhas, 7 fraction B, Calvaria de Cima, municipality of Porto de Mós) informs our client, holder of personal data that:

1º) The entity responsible for the processing of personal data is Intellysmart Solutions, Lda.
The personal data to be processed are the following: name, address and email address.

2º) The Client's personal data are processed because they are necessary for commercial budgeting, signing and execution of the contract or because they were subject to consent.
The omission or inaccuracy of such data or other information provided by the customer are his sole responsibility.

3º) The personal data provided by the Customer will be processed and stored electronically, and are intended to be used by Intellysmart Solutions, Lda for: marketing and sales; customer management and service delivery; accounting, tax and administrative management; litigation management; network and systems management; information security and tax security control; and fulfillment of legal obligations.

4º) You may oppose to the processing of data at any time and by any means, without prejudice to compliance with the obligations imposed by law.

5º) Personal data shall be kept for different periods of time, depending on the purpose for which they are intended for, and taking into account legal criteria of necessity and minimization of storage time, without prejudice to the periods legally defined for the various purposes.

6º) You have the right to request from Intellysmart Solutions, Lda information on the type of treatment your data are being subjected to. The information will be provided in writing and the request must be made through the following email address: geral@intellysmart.pt. If the Customer so requires, the information may be conveyed orally, provided that the identity of the holder is proven by other means.

7º) Your personal data have been transferred to Intellysmart Solutions for accounting and tax purposes and for marketing and sales management. Intellysmart Solutions, Lda may engage subcontractors to perform the processing of personal data, namely for customer management, service provision, invoicing, and litigation management. Such entities will be obliged to develop the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data and ensure the safeguard of owner’s the rights. In specific circumstances, certain personal data may have to be communicated to public authorities, such as tax authorities, social security, courts, supervisory and inspection entities, as well as security forces.

8º) You have the right of access to a copy of your personal data during their processing. If the request is made by electronic means, information must be provided in a commonly used electronic format.

9º) You have the right to request the rectification of your personal data at any time.

10º) You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, without prejudice to compliance with legal obligations.

11º) You have the right to oppose to the deletion of your personal data and to request the limitation of their processing, without prejudice to the fulfilment of legal obligations.

12º) You have the right to oppose to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes.

13º) Your personal data are processed in an automated or non-automated way.

14º) You have the right to request that your personal data be transferred to another entity.

15º) Your personal data are protected by securing their pseudonymity and by maintaining the capacity to guarantee their confidentiality, integrity, availability, permanent resilience of the processing systems and services, capacity to re-establish the timely availability and access to personal data if a physical or technical incident occurs, procedures to regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures that ensure the security of the processing.
